Miguel Ángel Jiménez Barbero was born on September 28, 1976, he graduated in Law from the University of Murcia in class 94-99, and joined the body of Property, Commercial and Personal Property Registrars of Spain in 2006. He is also a lawyer by the Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid.
He is the father of Rodrigo, a child with ASD born in 2008. He served as president of the ABAMUR Association and treasurer of the Autism Federation of the Region of Murcia until 2024.
In 2023, the Estrella Azul Project Foundation was established to study possible employment opportunities for people affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other mental disabilities.
