Rehearsing a production process.

April 2, 2025

This badge-making activity is part of the training course our Bluestar Project II students receive at the Foundation, as part of the subject "Personal and Social Skills for Employment for People with Disabilities." This course teaches them how to work in teams, assemble, resolve conflicts, and more.

It's about giving them the experience of developing a production process from the very beginning, preparing materials, organizing tasks, assimilating an organizational structure... all with the goal of developing autonomy for a job where they must perform their tasks independently.

The most important aspect of this work is to highlight the great work capacity of this group.

Congratulations to our students, because once again you have managed to show the great work you do and how much you still have to contribute with your efforts!!!

We are so proud of each and every one of you!!!
