This April, we have successfully joined our project with a new recruit: Pilar Milanés Molina, a social worker with expertise in various fields and specialized in employment and training through the Master's Degree in Career Guidance and Intermediation from the University of Madrid (UMU).
He has extensive training and experience acquired through his work experience in a wide range of sectors, which has allowed him to work on the social integration of different groups.
On the other hand, having had the opportunity to work in a multitude of sectors, he has firsthand knowledge of the tasks that users will perform throughout the manufacturing process, which will be of great help and support to him at all times.
Her outstanding ability to manage both material and human resources to coordinate actions and practices in the sector has led the Foundation to support this promising young talent.
"I'm joining this project with the hope of helping our users become the best professionals in the sector and empowering them at all times with the necessary tools to achieve this. I'm also keen to adapt the work environment to any potential needs that may arise, in order to facilitate the integration and full employability of each of them.".»
