I am Pilar Milanés Molina, a social educator with expertise in various fields and specialized in employment and training through the Master's Degree in Career Guidance and Intermediation from the University of Madrid (UMU).
I have extensive training and experience gained through work experience in a wide range of sectors, which has allowed me to work on the social integration of different groups.
On the other hand, having had the opportunity to work in a multitude of sectors, I have firsthand knowledge of the tasks that users will perform throughout the manufacturing process, which will be of great help and support to them at all times.
Strong resource management skills, both material and personnel, to coordinate volunteer activities through various training and internships in the sector.
I'm constantly training to develop and improve myself professionally. Through various training activities, I've previously worked firsthand with people with disabilities, and more specifically, as will be the case here, with autistic individuals.
I'm joining this project with the hope of helping our users become the best professionals in the sector and empowering them with the necessary tools at all times. I'm also committed to adapting the work environment to any potential needs that may arise, ensuring their integration and full employability at all times.
