Our seven pioneers periodically visit our greenhouse. There, they learn about the tasks required to produce what we will later market. We want them to understand where our products come from and what their characteristics are. 

But they also improve their physical condition and strengthen their skills in autonomy, conflict resolution, and teamwork, enhancing their individual and collective capabilities.
